Bussen Terminal is a full service barge and rail facility located on the upper Mississippi River at mile marker 167.8, just south of the Jefferson Barracks Bridge in St. Louis, Missouri. With three unloading docks each with a 150-ton crane, we can unload a barge as soon as it arrives in port, thus eliminating costly demurge charges. We also have a loading ramp for quick and efficient barge loading. All of our docks are deep water so river conditions seldom have any effect on operations. Excellent fleeting service is available to our docks and we have three certified truck weigh scales to ensure accurate and efficient service. Product StorageBussen Terminal has 45,000 square feet of outside storage for steel products and 55,000 square feet of covered bulk storage with an additional 12 acres of outside bulk storage. Rail AccessOur terminal is served by the Union Pacific Railway, (Zone 7 Track 704 Spot 00) and has a 2,500 foot long spur with a pit unloading system for bulk materials. We can also unload metal products out of gondola and flat bed cars. Contact129 years of courteous and friendly service await your call.
