The Bussen family bought Trautman Quarry in 1960 to service the Jefferson County area. The Trautman plant is located just off I-55 and highway Z in Pevely, MO. Consisting of nearly 1,500 acres, Trautman Quarry promises a steady and reliable future deposit for the entire Saint Louis Metro area while currently servicing Jefferson County.

Trautman Quarry consists of Joachim, Plattin and Kimmswick rock deposits consisting of 100% pure limestone. With a recently upgraded plant, Trautman Quarry is ready to supply asphalt stone, concrete stone, MODOT road base and MSD materials. As an Army Corps of Engineers approved site, Trautman is able to produce large stone for river projects. Due to it's excellent limestone deposit, Trautman is proud to be one of the only local sources of Gradation E Concrete Stone.

Trautman Quarry stands ready to meet the limestone needs of Jefferson County and Saint Louis County today and for decades to come.
